Through loosely guided movement, breath, sound, and song, we drop into a higher frequency of connection that opens us up to receiving the downloads of the wisdom we seek. We are all our own healers, but we are not meant to go at it alone. It is in community and sisterhood that we inspire one another with our bravery, honesty, truth, tears, joyful expressions, creativity, playfulness, and love. Each one of us bringing our magic, our healing, and our expansion ~ allowing it to ripple out into the field around us for the benefit of all.

Throughout our time together, we will be deepening our connection to ourselves, learning how to trust our inner knowing. We will be tapping into magic all around us, noticing the signs, the synchronicities, and the messages we receive from the universe/spirit/god/source. We will be honoring Mother Earth, held in her supportive loving embrace, creating art and playing with the elements as we connect to our joy. And through the bond and trust that is established between us in our group of powerful women, we create an embodied piece of art ‘Becoming One With Mother Earth and One Another' capturing the radiance, empowerment, and beauty of who we are (participation in the photo is optional).
